Double bookings were a weekly occurrence. No-shows ran at 25% because reminders were inconsistent. Agents were spending their evenings catching up on scheduling admin instead of preparing for the next day's showings. The build took five weeks including a two-week pilot with four agents. Operator mapped every edge case — overlapping viewing requests, travel time between properties, agent availability preferences and priority client flagging — into the automation logic.
